Recreational
For Settlement and Rural areas of the municipality of North Bay. Fires must be contained in a MANUFACTURED DEVICE WITH LEGS AND A SPARK SHIELD and be at least 6m from any property line and 2m away from any combustable structure. Inspection is not normally required.
DUE to the dimensions of your property an application of this permit type will not be approved. A propane device is suitable for this property.

Non Recreational
For Rural areas of the municipality of North Bay only. For FIRES NOT IN A DEVICE WITH LEGS and less than 2m in diameter and at least 20m from any building or property line and 6m from any other combustable object. Inspection may be required.
Your property is not eligible, an application of this permit type will not be approved.

AgriculturalFor rural areas of the municipality of North Bay only. For the purpose of burning crop residue, vegetable matter or vegetation only. Must be at least 20m from any building or property line and 6m from any other combustable object. Annual inspection required.
