YOU MUST HAVE A COURT DATE (EXERCISE OPTION 3 ON THE BACK OF YOUR TICKET) PRIOR TO REQUESTING DISCLOSURE. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOUR DISCLOSURE WILL TAKE AT LEAST FOUR TO SIX WEEKS TO OBTAIN. THE PROSECUTOR REQUIRES DISCLOSURE FROM THE POLICE PRIOR TO SPEAKING WITH YOU ABOUT YOUR CASE.
