The City of North Bay has contracted Neptune Technology Group to perform a routine check on City water meter interface units commencing October 27th. Neptune technicians may be on your property to check the reading device that is typically located on the outside of your home. If for any reason the technicians need access to your home, you will be notified in advance. All Neptune Technology Group technicians will be in uniform and carry photo identification. This work will be carried out over the next six to nine months.
To register on the North Bay eServices Portal to view your water consumption, follow these simple instructions. It will take only 5 minutes. We will talk you through creating your login, and adding your water account.
Click on the “Register” link in the top right corner of the page
Create a New Account
Enter your email address.
Make up a password of your choosing. It must be at least 8 characters in length, contain both upper case and lower case letters, and at least one number.
Enter the password a second time (it’s a check to ensure you didn’t make any typos).
You’re almost there. You will receive this notice. Please check your Inbox for an email from Customer Service (email@example.com), and follow the link in the email to confirm your account.
Once you have confirmed your account you will see this message. Proceed to the login by clicking the "Login" button in the top right corner.
To access your Water Usage, click on the link “View your water consumption online”
Click on “Add a Water Account”
To add a water account enter your Account Number and Name EXACTLY as it appears on your Water Bill. If it is not entered EXACTLY, the link will be unsuccessful.
Once your Account has been added you will be directed to your Water Account Information.
